We handle all bookings online only. This helps us stay organised and ensures every client receives accurate service details and confirmation without delay.

No, all cleaning products are not included if you need cleaning products then you will need to add it to your booking.

Yes, you must provide all equipment, including a working hoover (vacuum cleaner), mop, bucket, and a safe stepladder if needed for high areas.
Our cleaners do not bring any equipment, so please make sure everything provided is clean, functional, and ready for use.

Yes, we charge for additional rooms. Pricing is based on the size and condition of your property. You’ll receive a custom quote before confirming your booking, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees.

we do not bring large cleaning equipment such as hoovers, mops, buckets, or step ladders.
To ensure your clean is completed to the highest standard, all clients must provide:

  • A working hoover / vacuum cleaner

  • A mop and bucket

  • A step ladder (for higher or hard-to-reach areas)

We only bring a few cleaning tools so please ensure you have your own hoover and mop at minimum

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We ensure a high standard of cleaning, and your cleaner will ask for your signature once the job is complete to confirm that you’re satisfied with the service.

Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule. Please submit your request and we’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.

We’ll always keep you updated regarding your cleaner’s arrival time. Communication is important to us, and we do our best to stay on schedule.

Why do you charge a fee for cleaning products?

We’re happy to use your cleaning products if you already have them. If you don’t, we can bring everything needed to complete the clean properly.

The supplies & consumables fee covers the cost of the products used during your visit (such as disinfectant, bathroom and kitchen cleaners, limescale remover, glass cleaner), as well as consumables like gloves and scrub pads, plus ongoing restocking.

This keeps our pricing transparent and ensures we can deliver the same standard every time.

Do I get to keep the products you bring?

Yes. If we bring cleaning products because you don’t have any, you can keep what’s left at the end of the visit.

We’ll leave them with you so you’re prepared for your next clean, whether you continue with us or prefer to use them yourself in between visits.

Yes, we can clean inside windows and reachable high areas as long as you provide a safe stepladder or ladder. Our team does not climb on furniture or unstable surfaces for safety reasons.

 

Yes, as long as they’re friendly and comfortable with new people. Please mention any pets when booking. We advise for your pets to be in different rooms while the cleaners are working.

 

Yes, you’re welcome to leave once access has been provided. Most clients prefer to go about their day while we take care of the cleaning.

We treat your home with the utmost care, but in the rare case of damage or loss, we are fully insured and will handle claims promptly. Please report any issues within 24 hours of serivce.

Yes. If you’re not happy with the result, we will re-clean the problem for free of charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

  • We do not use bleach or harsh chemicals — most of our products are non-toxic and aromatherapy-based for a safer clean.

  • We do not use the client’s bleach or heavy chemical sprays, even if provided.

  • We do not clean areas that are unsafe or hazardous, such as mold-infested or biohazard zones.

  • We do not move heavy furniture or large appliances (we clean around and behind where safely accessible).

  • We do not provide hoovers or mops — clients must have these available for hygiene reasons.

  • We do not clean exterior building surfaces, roofs, balconies , or outdoor windows.

  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or discolouration.

  • We do not handle pest removal, waste disposal, or heavy lifting.

No. We clean all accessible areas only. We do not remove doors or dismantle oven components due to safety and insurance limitations.

Why not?

Ovens are electrical appliances, and dismantling them carries a risk of damage or injury. Specialist oven cleaners are insured for this type of work, general cleaners are not.

Do you charge for clutter?
Yes. A clutter fee starts from £100 and applies when areas are not reasonably clear for cleaning.

What is considered clutter?
Clutter includes excessive personal items, bags, boxes, clothes, furniture, or belongings left on floors, surfaces, beds, or in the middle of rooms that prevent proper cleaning.

Why is there a clutter fee?
Our service is for cleaning only. We do not move, organise, or clear personal belongings. Clutter slows down the clean and affects results, so the fee covers lost time and disruption.

Does a deep clean include moving items?
No. Even with a deep clean, we do not move personal belongings or heavy furniture. All areas must be accessible before the clean starts.

What about end of tenancy cleans?
End of tenancy cleans require the property to be empty. Items left behind may result in a clutter fee, reduced scope of work, or partial completion of the clean.

What happens if clutter is found on arrival?
If excessive clutter is found, a minimum £100 clutter fee will apply. The final amount may vary depending on the level of clutter and time lost.

What if I refuse to pay the clutter fee?
If the clutter fee is not paid when requested, we reserve the right to stop the service and leave the property. In this case, only a partial refund will be issued, covering any unused cleaning time. We will decided how much shoudl be given as a refund

Can I move items while the cleaners are working?
No. Clients moving items during the clean disrupts the service and may lead to missed areas, delays, or additional charges.

How can I avoid a clutter fee?
Clear all floors and surfaces, remove personal items, and ensure all booked areas are accessible before the cleaners arrive.

No, we don’t hold any keys hand over any keys to our cleaners. The only time handing over keys is accepted is if you’re not at the property and the concierge needs to give access to the cleaner/ cleaners. All key will be returned to the concierge  

Fresh 4u London is a home reset and maintenance service. We do not provide laundry services or change bed linens as part of our cleans.

Our focus is on delivering a high-quality, detail-oriented reset of your living space within the booked time. Linen changes and laundry significantly extend service time and can impact the overall finish of the clean.

If you require linen services, we recommend arranging this separately with another company prior to your booking.

We’re happy to wash a small number of light-use dishes (for example, a few cups or plates in the sink).

However, we do not cover large amounts of dishes, heavily soiled cookware, or a backlog of washing up. Excessive dishwashing reduces the time available for cleaning and detailing your home.

For the best results, we recommend ensuring dishes are cleared before your appointment.
